The frame feels sturdy and the wood has a clean look to it. I put heavier shoes on the bottom tier and lighter ones on top and there's been no tilting or instability at all. It actually holds more pairs than I thought it would given how slim it looks.
having both tiers means i can keep my everyday shoes on top and the ones i wear less on the bottom. keeps everything visible so i'm not digging through a pile by the door anymore. the wide version fits right along my entryway wall without taking up walking space.
What I really noticed is how the two tiers are angled just enough to keep shoes from sliding forward and falling off. My sneakers and flats sit on it nicely and nothing has tumbled off since I started using it. The wider size also means I can fit my bulkier winter boots on the bottom tier without cramming them.
Fits nicely by the front door and holds plenty of shoes for our whole family 💪.

I bought this for my bedroom closet and it has made a huge difference in keeping things tidy. The two tiers give me enough space for most of my collection and it looks much better than having shoes scattered on the floor. Very happy with the purchase.

The wood finish is a lot nicer than I expected for an entryway piece. It actually blends in with my other furniture instead of looking like a utility shelf. The spacing between the tiers gives enough room for taller shoes like ankle boots, which most of the smaller racks I've used before couldn't accommodate.
I was a little unsure about ordering a wider rack online because sizing can be weird, but the 28 inch fit perfectly in my closet space. The wood is actually a nice quality and it holds a decent number of pairs without looking cluttered

Told my SIL to grab one of these coz she kept saying she was afraid it would wobble on her hardwood floors and scratch them. She got it and texted me saying the feet are smooth and it sits completely stable. We both have ours now and neither one has moved or left a single mark.
mmy last shoe rack was this flimsy plastic thing that bowed in the middle after a few weeks and eventually just collapsed. This one is solid wood and has not budged at all since I set it up. Holds my husband's work boots and my sneakers without any sagging or creaking.

honestly just needed something for the entryway and this does exactly that. the wood doesn't feel cheap or hollow like some of the other ones i've tried. shoes stay on the tiers without sliding off.
