Tried doing a coke shake today and it crushed the ice smoothly. also what I really like is that the cups actually seal tight enough to take with you. I blend right in the cup, flip it, and walk out the door. No transferring anything into a separate container.
My last blender would leave big chunks of frozen fruit no matter what I did. This one actually crushes everything smooth, even when I throw in a handful of ice cubes. No more chewing my smoothies.
The 1200 watts makes a noticeable difference when you throw in frozen stuff. Ice goes in solid and comes out completely crushed, not just cracked into smaller chunks. It actually blends it smooth.

the motor on these compact blenders always burned out fast with my old ones, like within a few uses if I blended anything frozen. this one handles ice without even sounding stressed. still going strong.
ok the size is genuinely perfect for a single serving. not too small where you have to blend twice, not so big it takes up your whole counter. and the 1200w means it doesn't struggle with anything I've thrown in.
Having three cups is more useful than I expected. I use one in the morning, toss it in the dishwasher, and have a clean one ready by afternoon. Keeps my routine from getting backed up.
