The sausage tubes that come included are actually sized for different casings, which I wasn't expecting. Being able to stuff both thin breakfast links and thicker bratwurst casings with the same machine has made the whole kit feel really complete rather than just a basic grinder with token accessories.

Cleanup is easier than I expected because the plates and blades detach quickly and go straight into a rinse. Nothing has any weird grooves or crevices where meat gets stuck and stays stuck. After grinding a few pounds it takes me maybe five minutes to have everything clean and drying.
Really happy with this. Ground a few batches of pork for sausage and it handled everything well. The accessories all feel worth using, not like cheap fillers.
