What I noticed right away is that the cover actually feels cool to the touch, not just marketed as cooling but genuinely feels different from a regular pillowcase underneath. After sleeping on it for a while it stays noticeably cooler than my old pillows did through the night.

The zipper on the inner liner feels solid and the outer cover zips off easily for washing. I appreciate that the materials feel quality when you handle them, not cheap or thin. For a pillow set this is well made.
My last set of memory foam pillows went completely flat within a few months and I had to fold them just to get any support. These have stayed firm and supportive since I got them, no flattening at all. Really glad I gave memory foam another shot.

getting two in a set is just practical, one for each side of the bed and they match perfectly. The memory foam has a slow sink to it that cradles your head without that sinking too deep feeling some foam pillows have. Really comfortable texture.
My husband and I both have completely different preferences for pillow firmness, which used to mean buying two totally different pillows. With these we each just adjusted the fill to what we wanted and that was that. Works out perfectly for us.

My sleep quality has noticeably improved. The pillow contours well and the cooling cover really helps since I tend to run warm at night. Having a matching set was a bonus I did not think I would care about but it looks nice too.
The fact that you can pull out or add fill to adjust the loft is something I use more than I expected. I sleep on my back mostly but sometimes shift to my side, and I found a thickness in between that works really well for both. Nice to have that control.

ok so i used to wake up with a stiff neck basically every morning and blamed my mattress forever. got these on a whim and honestly the adjustable fill was the game changer, i just took some out until it felt right for how i sleep on my side. neck has been way better since.
