It moves through meat fast. Like noticeably fast compared to what I was used to. You can feed chunks in steadily and it just keeps pulling them through without you having to force anything down with the pusher.
The different plate sizes make a real difference depending on what you're making. I use the coarse plate for chili meat and switch to the fine one for smoother sausage blends. Having both options without buying extra parts separately is genuinely useful.
What I didn't expect was how well the kubbe kit actually works. I've made kubbe by hand my whole life and honestly this turns it out perfectly shaped every time. The texture is right and it saves so much effort. Really glad it was included.

I was a little worried the attachments would be flimsy or hard to fit together because that's been my experience with grinder kits in the past. But the plates and sausage tubes all click in firmly and nothing rattles around when it's running. The kubbe attachment especially surprised me, very sturdy.
My last grinder from a different brand would overheat after just a few minutes and shut off on its own. This one just keeps going. I ground through a huge batch of venison without it skipping a beat, motor stayed cool the whole time.
Honestly just been using this thing every few weeks since I got it and it handles everything I throw at it. Ground beef, pork shoulder, even some tougher cuts. Never jammed, never slowed down noticeably. Does what it says.

Came with everything needed to stuff sausages right out of the box, the tubes fit onto the grinder head without any adapters or fuss. Loaded up the casing, fed the mix through, and it filled evenly without blowouts. Worked on the first try.
