I went through two cheap cleaners that leaked around the base seam after a few uses. This one feels solid, the tank sits properly, no drips, no warping. Whatever they used in the construction is clearly better than what I had before
Runs quietly compared to what I expected. You hear a faint hum and the water looks almost fizzy while it works, which is satisfying to watch. After the cycle my pieces look polished and bright, especially my white gold which tends to dull fast.

the tank size is practical without being excessive. fits my rings, a bracelet, and a pendant all at once with room for the water to do its thing. doesn't take up my whole bathroom counter either which i appreciate.

The steel inner tank is something I actually appreciate more than I expected. It doesn't absorb smells from the cleaning solution, it's easy to wipe down, and it looks clean even after repeated use. Feels much more hygienic than plastic would.
honestly this thing cleans my rings way better than the last one I owned. that one would run and the water barely moved. you can actually feel the 48khz doing something here, the water gets that fine misty look which tells me it's actually vibrating like it should.
This is one of those things you don't realize you needed until you have it. My jewelry collection has never looked better. I've even started cleaning pieces I forgot I owned because it's so easy.
What I noticed pretty quickly is how evenly the 48khz frequency works through the water. Small crevices in my rings, the little prongs around stones, the back of pendant settings, all of it comes out clear. It reaches spots a brush just can't get to.
