What I noticed pretty quickly is that the 360 degree airflow actually means both sides of your neck get cool air at the same time. It's not just blowing one direction like I assumed. The three speed settings are genuinely different from each other too, so you can dial it in depending on how hot it is.

Honestly I just wear this thing around the house and outside without thinking twice about it. I was worried it would be too loud to wear in public but it really isn't. Even on the highest of the three speeds it's more of a soft hum than anything disruptive. Wore it at an outdoor market and nobody around me seemed bothered at all.
