I've used it several times now and it still performs just as well as the first time. Really consistent results and simple to maintain after each use.

I was worried the suction wouldn't be strong enough to actually extract the water back out, since that's been my problem with cheaper machines. But this pulls the dirty water out really well, the carpet isn't left soaking wet, and it dries in a reasonable amount of time.

My last carpet cleaner mixed the dirty and clean water in the same tank, which was completely disgusting and meant I was basically just spreading dirty water around. This one keeps them totally separate, so you always know clean water is going in and filthy water is being collected on its own. Makes such a difference in how actually clean the carpet feels after.
