I was a bit skeptical about the detachable steamer part because I thought it would just feel flimsy or leak where it connects. It doesn't. Feels solid when it clicks in and I've had zero issues with moisture escaping from the joint.
Does the job well. Easy to use and the attachments store reasonably tidily. No complaints.
this is the kind of thing you don't realise you needed until you have it. genuinely makes cleaning feel less like a chore.
The detachable steamer is genuinely useful. I've been using it to do the grout between tiles, corners near the skirting boards, and even the inside of my microwave. Having it separate from the mop head means you can actually get into spots that a mop would never reach.
Steam comes through fast after switching it on. I'm not standing around waiting for it to be ready, which used to drive me mad with older ones. By the time I've got the right attachment on, it's already good to go.

Really impressed with how well it handles grubby areas. The steam power is strong and it doesn't take much effort to get things clean. Would recommend it to anyone.

My whole downstairs gets done so much quicker now. The steam does the hard work and I'm not scrubbing at anything. Really solid bit of kit.
The 350ml water tank is easy to fill because the opening is a decent size and you can see the water level clearly. I don't have to guess whether I have enough in there before I start, which sounds small but makes the whole routine smoother.
My last steam mop left streaks all over my tiles no matter what I did. This one leaves the floor actually looking clean, not just damp and smeared. The different attachments make a real difference depending on what surface you're doing.

Very pleased with this. Works exactly as I hoped and handles all the different floor types in my house without any fuss.
What I noticed pretty quickly is how many attachments actually come with it. There's something for almost every surface in the house. I've used it on the kitchen floor, the bathroom tiles, and the fabric on a dining chair, all with different heads 😍.
Told my friend to get one of these after I got mine. She'd had a bad experience before with a steam mop that ran out of steam after five minutes and took forever to heat back up. She messaged me saying this one just keeps going and she's really happy with it.
I use the handheld part for the bathroom and the mop for the kitchen and it's like having two things in one. Really happy with the purchase.
