The quilted panel detailing is what caught my eye online and it looks even better in my entryway. It gives the cabinet this upholstered, furniture-piece feel instead of looking like plain flat storage. My shoes are hidden away and the whole thing just looks like a stylish accent piece.

I was worried about the flip mechanism wearing out quickly because I had a similar cabinet years ago where the hinges got loose after a while. This one feels solid, the drawers open and close with a really satisfying firmness and nothing feels flimsy about it.

the capacity actually surprised me. each flip drawer holds more than i thought it would, and because they open outward rather than pulling all the way out, it sits flush against the wall without needing a lot of clearance space in front of it.
