My last steam cleaner ran out of water constantly, which was so frustrating mid-clean. This one has enough tank size so I can do the whole bathroom and kitchen without stopping to refill. Makes such a difference.

Really happy with this. It tackles the bathroom tiles far better than scrubbing by hand ever did, and the steam means I'm not using harsh chemicals anymore which I appreciate.
The tank size is what really got me. I can steam the entire kitchen including the hob, counters, and cupboard fronts without once having to stop and refill. For a handheld it holds a surprising amount of water.
Told my sister to get one of these after she complained about her old steamer leaking everywhere. She picked this up and said it hasn't dripped once, even when she tilts it to get into awkward corners. We're both really happy with it.
the nozzle kit on this is genuinely impressive. i've got attachments for grout, fabric, and tight corners and they all click on and off without any fuss. my old one had three pieces that never fit properly.

It heats up quickly and the steam comes out with real force. I used the fabric attachment on my sofa cushions and you could see the freshness coming back almost immediately. It doesn't feel underpowered at all for a handheld unit.

I was worried it would lose pressure after a few minutes like cheaper ones tend to do, but it keeps a strong, consistent steam the whole time. Cleaned my oven door in one go without it fading out on me.

The grip is comfortable even when you're using it for a longer cleaning session. It doesn't feel heavy or awkward to maneuver, and the hose attachment lets you get into low corners without crouching down the whole time. Thought about that kind of thing after I started using it regularly.

what i didn't expect was how useful the different nozzles would actually be. the narrow jet one gets into the grout between my bathroom tiles so well, it's almost satisfying to watch the grime lift. each attachment has a clear purpose rather than feeling like filler.
