The drainboard tray is the part I didn't know I needed until I had it. Water runs right off the dishes and into the tray, then you just tip it into the sink. My counter stays completely dry now which I wasn't expecting.

ok so the stainless steel actually looks really nice on my counter, not cheap or flimsy looking at all. The bars are spaced well so plates stand up on their own without tipping over, and there's room along the side for utensils and cups.

I noticed it holds a surprising amount without feeling overcrowded. Plates, bowls, a cutting board, and a handful of glasses all at once with room to spare. The whole thing feels solid and the feet grip the counter so it doesn't slide around while you're loading it.
My old rack would rust around the joints after a few months of use, which was so frustrating. This one is fully stainless and I've had zero rust or discoloration even with daily use and constant moisture. Really happy with the quality.
