I was a little skeptical about whether everything would actually fit without feeling cramped. But the layout is thought out really well, dishes on one side, cups up top, utensils in their own spot. Nothing is crammed against anything else

My old rack had this drain tray that was basically useless, water just pooled and sat there getting gross. This one actually channels the water properly and I wipe it out in seconds. Night and day difference honestly.

the cup shelf on this is sturdier than I expected. I have a couple of heavier mugs and they just sit there fine, no wobbling or sliding around. Previous ones I had always felt like the cups were about to topple.
It fits a solid amount of dishes for the footprint it takes up. The way the slots are angled, plates actually stand up properly and dry faster because air gets around both sides. Little detail but I appreciate it.

what I noticed pretty quickly is that the utensil holder is actually a decent size. I can fit my spatulas, ladles, and a few other longer pieces all at once without it getting so stuffed that air can't circulate around them.

The drain tray sits right underneath and collects everything. I just slide it out, pour it into the sink, and done. No lifting the whole rack or dealing with water trails across the counter.
