I was worried the cover would be one of those cheap zipper situations that breaks after a week, but it's held up really well. Opens and closes smoothly every time and still looks neat sitting in the corner of my room.
Fits all my shoes and then some. Really happy with it.
what i didn't expect was how well it fits in a closet. the dimensions are just right for tucking against the wall without blocking anything else. the cover also keeps the whole closet looking less chaotic which is a bonus.

The cover is what sold me and it genuinely does what it's supposed to. keeps dust and and dogs hair off my shoes. You can barely tell there's a rack there, it just looks like a tidy storage cube in the corner.

5 tiers is more than enough for me, I have boots on the bottom, sneakers in the middle, and flats and sandals toward the top. Everything has its own spot and nothing is stacked on top of each other anymore.
The material of the cover feels sturdy enough that it doesn't sag or droop between the shelves. It keeps its shape, which matters because some of these covered racks look deflated after a little while. This one still looks the same as when I first set it up.
My last shoe rack had no cover and everything got so dusty I basically had to wipe down every pair before wearing them. This one has the cover built in so my shoes actually stay clean from dusts between wears. Such a simple thing but it makes a huge difference

my friend was nervous about buying one of these because she said her old rack wobbled constantly and her boots kept falling off. i told her to just get this one and she texted me saying it's so much sturdier than she thought it would be. we both have one now.
