What I noticed right away is how the drain tray sits flush under the rack. Water drips straight down into it and doesn't run off the sides onto the counter. Keeps the whole area around the sink a lot cleaner.
honestly this drains so much better than i expected. told my friend to get one because she was skeptical about the tray being too shallow, she ended up loving it just as much as i do.
The utensil holder is actually the part I use most. Spatulas, tongs, big spoons, they all stand upright and dry out properly instead of lying flat and staying damp underneath. Small thing but it makes a real difference.
the tray slides out separately which makes emptying it really easy. just pull it out, dump the water, slide it back. no lifting the whole rack to deal with it.
I was worried the whole thing would feel flimsy since I've bought cheap racks before that bent under a full load of dishes. This one has a solid weight to it and holds everything without flexing at all.

Simple, functional, and looks nice. I was tired of dealing with flimsy racks and this one feels like it will actually last. The utensil holder is a bonus I use every single day.
My last dish rack had a drain tray that would overflow if I forgot to empty it, water everywhere on my counter. This one the tray actually holds a decent amount and the drainage angle keeps it from pooling weird. Really not an issue anymore.

The utensil holder on my old rack would tip over constantly if i put too many spoons in it. This one sits solid, hasn't budged once. Nice that they actually thought about that.

There's more space on here than it looks like in the photos. I can fit a full set of plates standing upright, a few bowls, cups, and still have room for pots if I angle them right. Works well for a single person or a couple.
