It actually spins consistently the whole time you're pressing it against a surface. Some of these start slowing down the moment they make contact but this one keeps going, which is what actually does the scrubbing work.
So much better than scrubbing by hand. My arms used to ache after cleaning the tub and now it's just not an issue. Highly recommend to anyone who dreads bathroom cleaning day.
Honestly I just use it without thinking twice about it. Scrubs the grout, does the tub, swap the brush head and move on. Simple as that.
I was a little worried the brush heads would fly off mid-scrub the way one of those attachments did on my old version from a different brand. These click on properly and stay put even on the high speed setting.

What I noticed pretty quickly is how much easier the swap between brush heads is. Takes a second, no tools, and each head fits a different spot, the flat one for tile, the smaller one for corners. It covers everything in one go.

The battery holds up surprisingly well. I've done the shower walls, the tub floor, and the floor grout all in one session and it still had charge left. That was not the case with the wired one I used before.
