ok so i run really hot when i sleep and i've tried a few of these over the years. this one actually works both sides feel cool and it doesn't bunch up or feel stiff like the cheap ones do.
Told my sister to grab one of these because she kept saying cooling blankets never actually feel cold, just less warm. She messaged me saying she was shocked by how noticeably cool the fabric feels, even on warmer nights.
I was a little skeptical because the last one I bought from a different brand was only cool for maybe the first hour then just felt like a regular blanket. This one stays noticeably cool throughout the night, which is all I really needed.
My last cooling blanket felt like it was barely doing anything after a few washes, the material just got limp and warm. This one has held up really well and still feels genuinely cool against my skin every time I use it.

For something marketed as a cooling blanket this actually delivers that cooling sensation consistently. It also has a decent weight to it, not paper thin, so it still feels like a real blanket rather than just a sheet.

The breathability is real, it doesn't trap heat underneath it the way heavier blankets do. I've been sleeping with it on top of me on warm nights and I'm not waking up sweaty anymore, which was the whole point.

What I noticed right away is that both sides of this thing actually feel different from each other, one is slightly softer and one has more of that slick cool feeling. It's nice to be able to flip it depending on how you're feeling.
It drapes really nicely over the bed, not too stiff and not so thin that it feels flimsy. The double sided thing is genuinely useful, I flip it during the night sometimes and both sides stay cool.
