How the Locking System Works
The bar uses a 360-degree rotating dual gear lock at each end to help limit movement once positioned. Spirit levels on both sides assist with horizontal placement, and arrow indicators show the correct rotation direction during installation. The extendable structure allows the bar to fit a range of doorway sizes. The iron core forms the main internal structure and is intended for common body-weight exercises such as pull-ups, sit-ups, and hanging leg raises.

Installation does not require screws, drilling, or wall mounts. Extend the bar to the desired width and follow the arrow markers to secure it in place. The PVC end pads rest against solid wood or reinforced door frames. The bar includes a full-length foam-covered handle constructed as a single piece.
