I was a little skeptical about whether the cooling gel would actually do anything or just be a gimmick. Been sleeping on it for a while now and genuinely notice a difference, especially in warmer months. My neck feels way better in the mornings too.
My last memory foam pillow turned into a rock after a few washes and the cover got all warped. This one has held up really well, the cover comes out of the wash looking totally normal and the foam still feels the same as when I got it.
honestly just bought this because my old pillow was trapping so much heat and I kept waking up sweaty. this one actually stays cool through the night, not just for the first hour like some do.

What I really like is that you can actually take fill out to make it softer or flatter depending on how you sleep. I sleep on my side and took a little out and it cradles my neck just right now. Never had a pillow I could actually customize like that before.
The cover unzips really easily and goes straight in the washing machine, which I appreciate because I hate anything that requires special care. It comes out soft and fits back on cleanly without stretching or bunching.

you can feel that the memory foam is good quality just by pressing into it. it responds slowly and evenly, not like the cheap stuff that just kind of collapses in one spot. my head feels properly supported no matter which way I turn.
