this is so vintage'yy vibes!what i was worried abt is the remote would be one of those cheap little things that stops working after a week, but it's been totally reliable. changes speed, dims the light, works from across the room without pointing it directly at the fan. no issues at all.
I have a large open-plan space and smaller fans never really circulated the air properly. This one handles the whole room easily. The remote makes it simple to adjust without getting up, and the integrated light means one less fixture to worry about.
told my coworker to grab one of these for her living room because she was worried the LED light would be that harsh bluish white that feels like a hospital. she texted me after install saying the light is actually warm and really nice. we were both relieved.
the remote has separate controls for the fan speed and the light, which sounds basic but my old setup had them combined and it was annoying. having them split out just makes daily use so much cleaner.

honestly it just looks really good. the size is right for a big room and the light has a nice quality to it.
with 8 blades at 72 inches this thing moves a serious amount of air. I can feel it from the other side of the room on a low setting. perfect for large open spaces where a smaller fan just wouldn't cut it.
the blade span is noticeable in the best way. I have high ceilings and a big room and this actually fills the space visually and functionally. it looks proportional instead of like a tiny fan floating in a huge room.

my last ceiling fan wobbled like crazy after a few months and made this annoying clicking sound every rotation. this one has been rock solid since I got it, no wobble, no noise, just smooth airflow. honestly didn't expect much at this price but I was wrong.
ok this thing is actually so good, the airflow is way better than I expected.
the built-in LED is actually dimmable through the remote, which I didn't fully clock until I played around with it one evening. being able to set the light lower at night without getting up is genuinely useful. it replaces the overhead light in the room completely.

eight blades on a 72 inch fan, you'd think it would be loud at high speed. my old one with fewer blades sounded like a helicopter. this one runs quiet even on the highest setting, which matters a lot in a bedroom.
