ok this thing is actually so good. remote works instantly, light is nice, and the fan barely makes any noise at all on the low speeds.
The timer function is genuinely useful. I set it to shut off a couple hours after I fall asleep and it just does it quietly every night. Nice not having to think about it.
I was a little worried the 52 inch blades would wobble at higher speeds since cheaper fans tend to do that, but this thing stays completely balanced even on the top setting. Really solid build for the price.
Six speeds on a DC motor means this thing is whisper quiet even when it's moving a lot of air. I can run it on medium while watching TV and forget it's even on. The lower speeds are barely audible at all 👏.
