the two bowls are something I didn't think I'd care about but it actually makes a huge difference. I can do my wet mix in one and keep the dry stuff separate without stopping to wash up in between. works exactly as I hoped.
having two bowls included means I'm not constantly washing between tasks. I'll use the smaller one for garlic or onions and keep the bigger one ready for the main mix. it just keeps things moving in the kitchen without the stop-start.
