Honestly the rustic finish looks way better in person than in the photos. My friend was hesitant to order because she thought it might look cheap or plasticky, but she got one too and texted me saying she was genuinely surprised by how nice it looks in her hallway.

Three tiers is actually a decent amount of storage. I can fit my husband's bigger shoes on the bottom, my flats and heels in the middle, and the kids' shoes on top. Nothing feels cramped and the doors close flush every time.

The flip mechanism is quieter than I expected. I was worried it would be clunky but each drawer opens with a smooth, controlled motion. The rustic finish also hides minor scuffs really well, which is great near a front door where things get bumped.
