the trays are easy to pull out and stack back in. I can load everything up, set the temperature, and just leave it. checking on it is simple because the trays slide out cleanly without things falling off.
after a while you find yourself reaching for it constantly. dried snacks have become a bit of a habit in this house.

the adjustable temperature is genuinely useful. I use a lower setting for herbs and a higher one for meat and it makes a real difference in the end result. nice that it actually gives you that control rather than just one fixed setting.
